Because well 2 reasons!
1) Ive never left the country so havent had the need for it!
2) They are expensive oh and
3) You have to get someone to vouch for you liek that you are english and well i dont know anyone who can do that because your not allowed family and well i only know family!
Its annoying lol!

I dont know how it works but i would have to have a friend of the family say i dont knwo that i am who i am! You know so im not a criminal trying to forge a name and exisitance in this country sort of thing! Its a stupid english rule! The govenment here is messed up ~ Sjhakes head ~

Well if you are all illegal immigrants or something then they are very likely just to vouch for you i guess! Like i said this government leaves alot to be desired so they probably just made this up to annoy us all! Well me anyway!!
